Bukayo is so easy to prepare. You can use young coconut or mature coconut flakes. You can simply mix the coconut flakes in coconut milk with white or brown sugar and transfer it to plate when cooked. Cut it with your desired shape and you can now have a dessert with a very sweet tasting delight Yum!
