The following video shows Justin Bieber at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Manila, Philippines. The incident happened as Bieber made his way inside the plane. According to the video description, v7andrea’s father, an airport employee “in neon green vest” attempted to secure an autograph  from the singer for v7andrea’s sister. But Justin Beiber just walked by and slapped the the man's hands holding a cd and it fell on the floor. He didn't even apologize and just continue walking.

“Where are your manners now kiddo? i know you're sick but you could've at least said sorry you are not signing anything. How could you do that to my father,” the rest of v7andrea’s description read.

The Canadian superstar’s manner sparked issue among radio commentators like DZMM’s Jon Ibañez and former Vice President Noli de Castro. For them, what Bieber did was inexcusable, given the fact that he owes his superstar status to his fans.
