Jejemon
- Usually seen around social networking sites such as Friendster and Multiply, jejemons are individuals with low IQs who spread around their idiocy on the web by tYpFing LyK diZS jejejeje, making all people viewing their profile raise their eyebrows out of annoyance. Normal people like you and me must take a Bachelor of Arts in Jejetyping in order to understand said individuals, as deciphering their text would cause a lot of frustration and hair pulling.
- Jejemons are not just confined to trying-hard Filipino gangsters and emos. A Jejemon can also include a variety of Latino-Hispanic fags who enjoy typing “jejejejeje” in a wider context, much to the disdain of their opponents in an internet MMORPG game such as Ragnarok and DOTA.
Basically anyone with a low tolerance in correct punctuation, syntax and grammar. Jejemons are usually hated or hunted down by Jejebusters or the grammar nazi to eradicate their grammatical ways.

What is a jejemon? Everyone seems to be talking about it on even on the net. Actually, I really don't know and not aware of these jejemons until I saw this pic recently on yahoo.
I really laugh when I saw the picture. It's so funny. Imagine, a person running for president posing like this. And that's a real picture, not edited.
All I know about these jejemons is when they're texting. And I see people saying "jejeje" or "huahuahuahua. Today, if you're a person fond of typing "gud pm pfoe, e0wh phF0u? "mUsZtAh nHa, you're considered a jejemon. And mind you, I hate it when people texting or emailing me with "sticky caps" and weird grammatical errors that makes me waste my time deciphering them. It is so annoying. I don't see why many people even type like that. Do they honestly think it's cool or what?

On Facebook's Farmville and Social City
I didn't used to even mind the games in facebook... So one day I decided to try it out.
And what happens?
I am not constantly checking my "crops" in farmville! Plus I constantly am "building" a residential homes or a leisure site on Social City.
How long did it take me to get hooked on these games? Hmmm maybe 1 day after being able to harvest and earn in farmville and for a leisure site to make on social city.
Are you with me?? :p

Keeping In Touch Across the Miles
If you are an OFW like my hubby, being away from family for 2 years can be a great sacrifice. 2 years away from the people you love can be difficult to bear. But because of our advance technology, there are numerous options for keeping in touch with loved ones across the miles. From video chatting to blogging, there are many easy and even creative ways to stay close and you can still be a wonderful and present parent or spouse by keeping communication lines open. Like me and hubby, we always talked to each other using skype or YM. And it's really nice to know that he can still keep tabs on the on-goings of our kids life.

My kids favorite cartoon character
Nowadays, several producers are coming up with interesting cartoon shows and movies. Some cartoons became a craze among children, while some come and go away within weeks. However, the choice of the cartoons depends on the taste of the kids. My son John Aaron and my daughter Shanley like funny cartoons such as SpongeBob Squarepants, Tom and Jerry, etc. And both of them have personal favorites too like John Aaron who likes action packed cartoon and anime like Pokemon, Naruto, Spiderman, Batman, etc. Shanley, on the other hand is hooked up with Dora the Explorer and she likes to watch cartoons that relate to fantasy world like Cindrella, Snow White and Barbie. I have been watching them with her and I have to admit that I have been enjoying myself immensely. :-)

It's Monday ...How was Your Weekend?
Happy Monday to you, and welcome to the brand new week. Yahoo! I hope you had a great weekend and a productive one if you played along with Finish It Friday this weekend. I did pretty well with my to-do list, and also I accompanied my mother-in-law at GSIS Pasay to renew her active status as an old age pensioner. That’s why I’m kinda tired. And for GSIS pensioners or even those who have mother or father or relatives that are pensioners out there, there are three ways of renewing active status. This is for your info:
1. Via G-W@PS - Renewing your active status as a GSIS old-age pensioner through the GSIS Wireless Automated Processing System (G-W@PS) is easy.
2. Via G-VAPS - You can do your annual renewal of active status (ARAS) thru the GSIS Voice Activated Processing System (G-VAPS) if you are a pensioner living abroad or having difficulty traveling to any GSIS office.
3. Request for Home Visit - Home visits are done for old-age or survivorship pensioners who cannot travel to the nearest GSIS office.
Simple, fast, and easy. The GSIS lets you renew your actives status as a pensioner conveniently. And remember, you must renew your active status yearly, on your birth month, to prevent suspension of monthly payments.

My son's tooth extraction
I brought my son to the dentist last Thursday. After I saw the 2 new tooth ready to come out, I decided to bring him to the dentist. After reaching there, it looked like he was the first one. His name was called and we went to see the dentist. He covered his face, saying that it's to protect my son's eyes from the light. The dentist injected 1 dose of some numbing medicine into his mouth. I can see my son wanted to back out and he keeps telling me "mommy,I wanna to go home". But I held his hand and I consoled him saying that it will soon be over. After that the dentist left the room and told him to wait. He wanted the medicine to take full-effect, which will take about 10 minutes. And then, after a while, my son told me that his mouth was numb already. And that's where the whole thing starts...I saw the dentist holding some plier-like-thingy and used it to yank his tooth out. After what seemed like 15 minutes, everything was over. The dentist told him to rest for awhile to get over the shock and trauma that he may have. Then he told the precautions to take such as:rest, brushing gently (dental hygiene is still important), not wrapping the external part of the extraction site with warm cloth as the swelling will worsen, not rinsing too regularly as the blood need some time to clot. When we went home, I only gave him soup for dinner and told him to rest. Thankfully, there ain't any swelling and fever and I'm glad he got speedy recovery.

Thankful Saturday
I am thankful for so many things...where to begin? I am thankful for what a wonderful man my husband Norvin is. Sure I can talk about all the things about him that makes me crazy but that's not what this is about today. He deals with me which I am often amazed by. I can be difficult at times but he has helped me through so many things...I only hope that I've been there when he's needed me just as much as he has for me. :-)
