Happy Monday to you, and welcome to the brand new week. Yahoo! I hope you had a great weekend and a productive one if you played along with Finish It Friday this weekend. I did pretty well with my to-do list, and also I accompanied my mother-in-law at GSIS Pasay to renew her active status as an old age pensioner. That’s why I’m kinda tired. And for GSIS pensioners or even those who have mother or father or relatives that are pensioners out there, there are three ways of renewing active status. This is for your info:
1. Via G-W@PS - Renewing your active status as a GSIS old-age pensioner through the GSIS Wireless Automated Processing System (G-W@PS) is easy.
2. Via G-VAPS - You can do your annual renewal of active status (ARAS) thru the GSIS Voice Activated Processing System (G-VAPS) if you are a pensioner living abroad or having difficulty traveling to any GSIS office.
3. Request for Home Visit - Home visits are done for old-age or survivorship pensioners who cannot travel to the nearest GSIS office.
Simple, fast, and easy. The GSIS lets you renew your actives status as a pensioner conveniently. And remember, you must renew your active status yearly, on your birth month, to prevent suspension of monthly payments.
